The staff provided outstanding customer service and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were always prompt with check-in and even arranged a wonderful turn down service. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in close vicinity to major shops and attractions like Covent Garden and the river. The rooms were cozy, spacious, and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel offered a great breakfast with a menu that was almost entirely gluten-free, which was a wonderful treat for myself and my family.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the fact that it was recently refurbished. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of Covent Garden, the theatres, the Thames, and many restaurants. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the spa which was perfectly equipped for a relaxing experience. the hotel's proximity to public transportation was a major convenience, allowing us to easily explore the entire city.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, offering easy access to Covent Garden, theaters, restaurants, and the South Bank. We were amazed by the hotel's sheer magnificence, with a beautiful magnolia tree as the centerpiece. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

The hotel was spotless and had a variety of facilities. I loved the fact that it was located right next door to popular theatres like the Lion King and Mumma Mia. The hotel's location in the theatre district and close proximity to Covent Garden made it very convenient. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
