The location was ideal, being close to the waterfront and within walking distance to the Liverpool One shops. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including English and continental breakfast, and the buffet style made it convenient. The staff was helpful, and we were even able to get an early check-in.

It was clean and the reception area was welcoming and tastefully decorated for Christmas. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was very good. The location of this hotel was excellent - close to the bus and train station, within walking distance of all key areas, including the Albert Dock and Matthew Street.

The location was perfect, right opposite the docks and within easy reach of the city centre. Everything was near, from the conference centre to the shopping centre. It was also handy to have a supermarket so close by. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were impeccable, and the facilities provided were more than satisfactory. The staff were helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The air conditioner in the room was a welcome relief during the hot weather. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located right opposite the Albert Dock area in this major development area. The location was excellent, within walking distance to all the best Liverpool attractions, including the Beatles and the Maritime Museum. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean room that provided a firm mattress and extra pillows. The bathroom was spotless and had a shower and a lit-up mirror. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the transportation options were convenient, with bus 500 stopping in front of the hotel, making it easy to get to and from the airport. The breakfast was also very good, and the hotel even offered a free cup of tea or coffee with donations going towards children suffering from cancer. this was a top-notch choice for accommodation in this city.
