Value for money
The cleanliness was top-notch, with room cleaning done well and prompt responses from room service and concierge. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast spread which had a rich variety of options. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everywhere in JBR, with easy access to the beach and close to all the restaurants and entertainment options. The staff were hospitable and prompt in their response, making my stay memorable and pleasant.

Nothing, all was good.
The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right by the beach and in the middle of the walking street, with nice shops and restaurants. I loved being in the heart of the JBR area, close to all the bustling activity. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. I especially enjoyed their help at the beach, where someone was always there to find me a beach chair. The hotel facilities, including the pools and beach, were top-notch. the apartment I stayed in was spacious and had everything I needed, including a washing machine.

The location was fantastic, with direct access to the sea from a private beach. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were incredibly polite and courteous, making me feel welcome throughout my five-day stay.
No customer service and unprofessional staff.
